BEBE BASK is seeking a Social Media Manager / Strategist to help elevate our brand. You will be creative and plan through research, market analysis, and data—not quick assumptions. You will lead our brand presence across all social platforms with a focus on Instagram, and you will be a strong communicator working directly with the Founder.
This is not an entry-level role—we are looking for someone with minimum 5 years of experience managing content calendars, social campaigns, influencer collaborations, and growing brand communities online.

Responsibilities
- Social Media Content Creation : Develop and write engaging, platform-specific content for social media channels, with a primary focus on Instagram, plus Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest. Create captions and video content aligned with the brand voice and key messages.
- Influencer & Affiliate Communications : Act as the first point of contact for influencers and Amazon affiliates; manage collaboration requests and craft personalized messages. Define and track influencer / affiliate tiers and refine outreach scripts.
- Audience Growth through Strategic Engagement : Proactively engage with posts from affiliates, influencers, and community members to expand reach and build brand trust.
- Content Planning and Calendar Management : Work with the Founder to co-develop the content calendar; own scheduling and platform-specific adaptations to ensure high-quality posting.
- Trend Monitoring and Innovation : Stay ahead of social media trends and platform updates to identify opportunities.
- Canva Proficiency : Design social media posts and stories from scratch using Canva, ensuring visual cohesion with brand guidelines.
- Instagram Reels Scriptwriting : Develop concise, trend-driven scripts for Reels aligned with brand tone and engagement goals.
- Performance Analysis : Monitor KPIs and engagement metrics; adjust strategies based on insights to improve reach and ROI.
- Email Newsletter Copywriting : Create on-brand copy for email newsletters to drive engagement and conversions.
- Product Launch Collaboration : Collaborate with the Founder and Catalog Manager to plan and execute launch strategies across social media and email.
- Collaboration with Founder & Team : Align on brand direction and content priorities across channels.
Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, and influencer marketing (preferably in a direct-to-consumer or e-commerce brand).Exceptional English communication skills; clear, warm, brand-aligned messaging.Strong copywriting for social captions, newsletters, influencer outreach, and video scripts.Proficiency in Canva; ability to create content from scratch without templates.Experience building and managing content calendars and campaigns; organized and strategic planning skills.Understanding of the brand’s demographic (baby and lifestyle) and ability to connect with modern mothers and caregivers.Honesty, reliability, and a curious mindset; willingness to test and learn new strategies.Fast internet and a reliable home work setup; regular internet reliability is required.Benefits

Location : Sydney, Australia; Remote. Europe NOT eligible to apply.
Salary : AUD; based on experience.
Reporting Structure : Reports directly to the Founder.
Hours : Full-time; must be able to work Australian business hours (AEST) with at least 4 hours of overlap during onboarding. Include a cover letter outlining relevant experience.
