Position Overview
We are seeking a tenacious and driven Recruitment Resourcer to join our dynamic team. This role requires someone who is self-motivated, results-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing and engaging candidates, providing market insights, and supporting the recruitment team to deliver outstanding client solutions.
Responsibilities Candidate Sourcing and EngagementProactively source, attract, and engage candidates through various channels, including job boards, networking, and social media.Draft, post, and manage job advertisements tailored to client needs.Maintain ongoing communication with candidates, ensuring a positive and professional experience.Build strong relationships and oversee candidate transitions throughout the recruitment process.Market Insights and Opportunity IdentificationResearch and share insights on industry trends, market conditions, and emerging opportunities.Provide salary benchmarks and skill demand analysis to assist clients and team members.Support business development by identifying potential leads and sharing knowledge-driven strategies.Administrative and Compliance SupportConduct pre-employment and compliance checks in line with company policies.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the internal database.Ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and meet compliance standards.What We Are Looking For A results-oriented individual with a "can-do" attitude and the ability to thrive under pressure.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build meaningful relationships with candidates and clients.Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.Proficiency with recruitment tools, CRM systems, and the Microsoft Office suite.A self-starter who can work autonomously and stay motivated to achieve targets.Previous recruitment, sales, or customer service experience is advantageous but not essential.
