Responsibilities :
Capture and process invoices on the Tall Order system.
Update and print menus.
Perform daily cash-ups and general admin duties.
Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and guests.
Coordinate social media, marketing, and events.
Manage VIP guests and special requests.
Support staff-related and office administration.
Requirements :
Diploma in Administration, Finance, Hospitality, or related field.
23 years experience in hospitality admin / operations.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office and financial systems.
Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
