Recruitment Specialist (Sales)

Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Sales Recruitment Specialist. The Sales Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for conducting sales recruitment activities sourcing potential candidates qualifying leads and coordinating interviews. The specialist will also be tasked with maintaining recruitment databases assisting with onboarding processes and providing feedback to the sales team.

• Sales Recruitment Lead Qualification and Interview Coordination skills
• Experience in sourcing potential candidates and maintaining databases
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organizational and time management abilities
• Knowledge of  recruitment practice
• Experience in sales or recruitment is a plus
