Admin Assistant Position
A reputable company is seeking to employ an Admin Assistant at their Durban Facilities. The incumbent should demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, problem-solving, analytical, and administration skills.
Duties & Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Daily damages / discrepancies relating to Import Containers
- Booking and coordination of all PHO / State vet / Plant / Nega Mogul inspections
- Delivery forecasts relating to Inspection Clients
- Coordination of Airbag / Invoices
- Any photocopying / scanning assistance required
- Weekly schedules (Casual Labour / Any Client related SOP / Updating Leave Schedules / Records etc.)
- Switchboard relief per roster
- Weekly overtime capture

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Matric essentialCertificate in Higher Education Computer Studies will be advantageousKnowledge of Microsoft (Word / Excel)Experience in administrative role required (Minimum of 12 months)Logistics and shipping background necessaryMust be able to work independently and be a team playerPunctual with good timekeeping and attendancePleasant personalityPackage & Remuneration
