Salary : R9,500 – R11,500 (Negotiable DOE) | Live Out

Kendrick Recruitment is now seeking a professional and personable Guest Assistant for a prestigious luxury wine estate based in the heart of Franschhoek. Key Responsibilities :

Welcome and assist guests on arrival, ensuring a warm and professional first impression

Provide concierge-style support, assisting with reservations, transport, and activity planning

Ensure smooth day-to-day guest relations across the estate

Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure exceptional service delivery

Support front office operations including check-ins and check-outs

Liaise with various departments to ensure guest needs are anticipated and met

Requirements :

Previous experience in a guest-facing hospitality role

Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills

Professional presentation and attention to detail

Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask

Knowledge of the local area and surrounding attractions beneficial

Own transport preferred due to live-out nature of the role
