About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Appointment Setter | SDR to join their growing team. This role will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting, including cold calling, SMS, and email outreach. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a sales development role, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a pipeline of qualified leads and prospects through outbound prospecting.
- Conduct effective cold calls, send personalized emails, and engage prospects via SMS to book meetings with the Rhino sales team.
- Utilize Rhino's CRM and lead management systems to track activity and progress.
- Meet or exceed monthly / quarterly sales activity and appointment setting goals.
- Collaborate with the Rhino team to provide feedback and insights to improve sales processes.
- Maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude and contribute to the company's culture.
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in a sales development or inside sales role, preferably in the real estate / investment industry.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with prospects.Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask.Proficient in using CRM software, dialing tools, and other sales enablement technologies.Familiarity with real estate investment terminology and processes is a plus.Passionate about sales and driven to succeed in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.Compensation
