Operations Manager

The ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in related fields.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, coordinate and ensure all day to day operation
• Monitor and coordinate with certifying authority for EIC accreditation.
• Monitor, maintain and ensure 100% service level through recognition of present and future bottlenecks
• Coordinate and ensure calibration, upkeep and maintenance of all field equipment.
• Assess and impart training to field staff from stand point of accuracy, safety and speed.
• Monitor expenses and keep operation cost at the minimal level.
• Ensure statutory compliance and Implementation of Safety.
• Any other task / assignment given by the management
