Purchasing Officer

Location : Germiston

Salary : R25 000 – R29 000CTC

Duties

  • Coordinate the procurement process.
  • Sourcing main suppliers
  • Negotiating procurement terms.
  • Monitoring and following up on orders.
  • Inventory monitoring.
  • Capturing orders
  • Liaising with suppliers.
  • Work closely with production and other departments.

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric
  • Procurement / Purchasing / supply chain qualifications.
  • 5 years’ experience in a similar environment.
  • 5 years’ experience within the steel industry.
  • Proficient on Syspro.
