Do you enjoy working at the intersection of technology and customer engagement? We’re looking for a Technical Sales Consultant to join our team, working remotely while covering the Potchefstroom, Klerksdorp, and Krugersdorp regions .

In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting and growing the installer network by providing advanced technical guidance, delivering product training, and promoting the full product and service range. Acting as a trusted partner in the field, you’ll help ensure successful installations, resolve technical challenges, and drive product adoption.

Key Responsibilities :

• Build and strengthen installer relationships through support, training, and product promotion.
• Conduct site visits for technical support, diagnostics, and escalations.
• Deliver installer training sessions and enablement programs.
• Capture all interactions and insights in CRM systems to support reporting and strategy.
• Share valuable market trends and competitor intelligence with the wider team.
