Product Manager Africa

Responsibilities / Accountabilities :

Product Manager Engine Additives & Fuel Additives will be accountable for driving business for Engine Additives and Fuel Additives in the Sub-Saharan Africa region in accordance with product strategy by respective regional product line managers.

Job Responsibilities include :

• Execute business strategies for Engine and Fuel Additives to sustainably deliver strong results in the Sub-Saharan Africa region.
• Manage product portfolio life cycle of products price and margin management of the defined product segment to maximize growth and financial performance in the region.
• Ensures alignment with Sales and respective product line manager on strategy and tactics to successfully implement the business plan in pursuit of growth targets.
• Liaise with Operations and Supply Chain to ensure supplies of products are in line with demand.
• Partner with Marketing to identify growth opportunities and market trends and to plan and deliver appropriate market messaging and product positioning to the customers.
