Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12 minimum.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, E-Mail, calendar tools).
- Driver’s license and own vehicle (willingness to travel)(if applicable).
Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support including copying, scanning, and document binding.Answer and direct phone calls professionally.Greet clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming Front-office experience.Manage meetings and meeting rooms (venue, catering, attendees etc.).Coordinate courier services, deliveries, and office supplies.Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings.Support basic office errands and ad hoc tasks as needed.Maintain a tidy and organized reception and common area.#J-18808-Ljbffr
