Associate Benefit Consultant (Tygervalley)
Sanlam Rand West City, Gauteng, South Africa
Overall purpose of the role
To assist in the daily managing and logistical control of the funds, to co-ordinate and facilitate between departments, with the ultimate objective of providing overall assistance and backup to the Senior / Principal Consultant.
The position will entail servicing standard umbrella Fund clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend and coordinate Trustee Meetings and / or Joint Forum Meetings
- Assist in the preparation of Agenda packs
- Assist in drafting minutes of Board and sub-committee meetings
- Assist the senior consultant in managing funds in terms of their service level agreement
- Assist in investigating complaints and obtaining supporting documentation
- Project manage communication projects
- Assist with drafting member communication
- Facilitating and co-ordinating interaction between internal departments
- Self-development
- Technical excellence in servicing corporate clients
- Embodying TCF in client interaction
- Demonstrating client centricity
- Build client relationships and ensure client retention
- Awareness of regulatory legislation and developments within the industry
