We’re looking for Social Media Managers to plan, publish, and grow content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and more. Craft posts that connect strategy, creativity, and client goals.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Build and manage paid social media campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and LinkedIn
- Research and define targeting segments, audience testing, and bid strategies
- Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with designers to create high-performing visuals
- Set up, QA, and optimise campaigns for reach, engagement, CTR, and conversions
- Produce monthly performance reports with insights and improvement recommendations
- Support organic social content planning, copywriting, and scheduling
- Maintain and update social content calendars in collaboration with clients and strategists
- Monitor campaign performance in-platform and adjust targeting, creatives, and spend accordingly
- Track leads and performance using UTMs, HubSpot, and platform reporting tools
- Stay updated on social ad platform changes, algorithm shifts, and emerging formats
Qualifications & Skills
1–3 years of experience in paid social media marketing (agency or brand side)Proficient in Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign ManagerStrong writing skills—able to tailor copy for ads and posts across B2B and B2CBasic analytics skills using platform insights, HubSpot, GA4, or Looker StudioComfortable with performance KPIs : CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, engagement rateFamiliarity with ad creative briefing and collaboration with design teamsStrong time management and multitasking ability across client accountsBonus : experience with organic social media and scheduling tools (e.g. Buffer, Later, Hootsuite)Bonus : familiarity with HubSpot CRM or UTM tracking and campaign attributionBenefits
