Responsibilities and qualifications for the Trainee Manager role include :

• Matric
• A relevant qualification in business management, operations, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in a similar industry
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel if required
• Oversee all branch operations, ensuring efficient day‑to‑day functioning
• Lead, train, and motivate branch employees, including hiring and performance evaluations
• Support sales activities by ensuring high standards of customer service and satisfaction
• Oversee stock control processes, including receiving, storing, and dispatching stock accurately
• Ensure customers receive high‑quality service and resolve any issues or complaints that may arise
• Monitor branch performance metrics
• Address operational issues, implement solutions, and ensure adherence to company policies
• Ensure the branch follows all relevant regulations, company policies, and industry standards
