Beleidsontwikkeling en -implementering; klagte-, swak prestasie- en dissiplinêre prosesse van begin tot einde. Werwing en aanboording teen 'n spoed (insluitend skaars vaardighede), verwysingskontroles, verifikasies. Salarisskakeling en HR-administrasie (verlof, personeellêers, oudits); HRIS-vaardigheid (bv. Sage Professional Payrol / BC), sterk Excel en verslagdoening. Prestasiebestuursiklusse, afrigting van bestuurders en basiese L&D-koördinering. Vertroulikheid en hoë EQ in 'n premium omgewing. Professionele kommunikasie (skriftelik en mondeling), uitstekende oordeel, veerkragtigheid (Afrikaans & Engels). Georganiseerd, sperdatumgedrewe en kalm onder druk. Empaties, diensgerig en grensbewuste. Onberispelike aandag aan detail en deurvoering.
