Electrician - Solar, Underfloor & Heat Pump Installations

Please note this position is in Europe, Ireland. The client will cover all Relocation Costs.

We are seeking a skilled and qualified Electrician to join our team, specialising in the installation, maintenance, and repair of solar systems, underfloor heating, and heat pump solutions. The successful candidate will ensure all electrical work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulations while supporting the installation of sustainable energy and heating systems.

Key Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems for solar water heating, underfloor heating, and heat pump installations.

Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manufacturer specifications.

Conduct routine inspections, fault-finding, and testing of electrical systems.

Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations, health, and building standards.

Collaborate with plumbers, engineers, and other trades on multi-disciplinary projects.

Provide technical advice and support to clients and colleagues.

Complete documentation, certification, and handover for all completed works.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum of 5 years’ working experience (preferably in solar, underfloor heating, or heat pump installations).

Recognised electrical qualification and valid certification (proof required).

Strong knowledge of renewable energy electrical systems and installation best practices.

Full driving licence advantageous if role involves travel between sites.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
