Industrial Projects Engineer
Key Responsibilities
- Lead engineering, technical, and operational projects from initiation to completion.
- Apply industrial engineering tools such as value stream mapping, time-and-motion studies, and root cause analysis to inform process improvements.
- Maintain issue logs and risk registers, including corresponding mitigation plans and resolution updates.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to evaluate current operational processes and identify inefficiencies or areas for improvement.
- Ensure full compliance with The Companys health, safety, environmental, and quality standards throughout all phases of each project.
Minimum Skills and Knowledge Required
Bachelors degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, production management, or a related technical field.Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar improvement methodologies is advantageous.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is advantageous.Minimum of 3-5 years experience in industrial engineering or process improvement, preferably in high-SKU manufacturing environments.Strong project management experience in operational or manufacturing settings.Experience in layout planning, lean implementation, and process improvements.Practical knowledge of Lean methodologies such as 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and Six Sigma.
