Pay Range : $1500 - $2000 USD / month (with COMMISSION!) (varies based on skill set and experience level)

Company / Client Overview

We provide vehicle and equipment inspections and were currently looking to hire independent 1099 contractors across the U.S. to perform these inspections.

Duties and Responsibilities

We’re looking for a resourceful experienced recruiter to help scale a growing network of independent vehicle and equipment inspection contractors across the U.S. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you’ll be responsible for recruiting 1099 contractors with a focus on bulk hiring in blue‑copper industries. This is a role ideal for someone who thrives in a lean fast‑paced startup environment.

• Recruit and build a nationwide network of blue‑copper 1099 contractors for vehicle and equipment inspections.
• Use creative sourcing strategies to find talent including job boards, Facebook groups, classifieds, referrals and cold outreach.
• Post and promote roles on non‑traditional platforms and social media to reach a broader contractor audience.
• Operate in a lean startup environment using simple tools like Google Sheets, Typeform, Trello and email – no fancy ATS.
• Manage job postings, screen candidates and maintain clear records of applicants.
• Collaborate with the team to improve recruitment strategy and solve sourcing challenges with minimal resources.
• Deliver a friendly professional experience to all candidates while adapting to a fast‑moving evolving process.

Minimum Requirements

Language requirement : Excellent English communication skills (close to native accent is required; native‑level English is required).

Education : Bachelor’s Degree (ideally).

Experience : 2-3 years of related experience.
