Job description6+ years relevant development experience Strong Java development skills Comfortable with frameworks such as Spring Boot or Micronaut Familiar with relational databases and persistence frameworks Independent problem-solver with excellent communication skills Design and implement high-quality backend services and applications Collaborate on architecture and product design Build scalable, secure solutions across web, mobile, and branch channels Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment Contribute to a high-performance, agile team culture
Main Function & Culture
Youll be involved end-to-endfrom requirements gathering to deliverydesigning and developing solutions that directly impact clients across Africa. The culture is dynamic, collaborative, and tech-driven, with plenty of room to grow your skills while contributing to meaningful products.
