Are you a digital thinker with a passion for turning insights into powerful campaigns? We’re looking for a Digital Strategist to join our growing team and help shape the future of brand storytelling through data-driven, creative, and results-oriented digital strategies.
As a Digital Strategist, you’ll work closely with the business development managers to develop end-to-end strategies that drive engagement, conversions, and long-term value for our potential clients. You’ll use analytics, market research, and industry trends to craft smart digital roadmaps for a variety of exciting brands.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth Google Ads and Meta Ads audit for prospective clients to uncover what they’re doing well, and what needs to be improved. Documented & presented professionally via Google slides. Working with the sales team to ideate the best 3, 6, 9, 12 months strategy to deliver this client growth via Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Support the creation of sales decks for pitches, including audits and other key factors (using templates already in place and improving them consistently).
- Train and mentor the sales team to be experts in Paid Media (Google and Meta Ads) and hold high-value, enterprise-level conversations with clients of all shapes and sizes.
- Work with the sales & delivery teams to maximise alignment and minimise misunderstandings, continually bridging the gap to ensure revenue results for customers.
- Manage the onboarding of highly complex or highly technical campaigns that sales have recently signed up.
Requirements
At least 1-2 years experience in a similar roleIn-depth knowledge and application of Paid Media (Google Ads & Meta Ads)Strong knowledge managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns, preferably in an agency or e-commerce environmentStrong understanding of digital marketing metrics, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and conversion trackingProficiency in Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite)Ability to provide findings and relevant recommendations across all aspects of digital marketingExperience dealing with USA & AU clients is preferred but not requiredVery strong and clear written & verbal communication skillsMust be based in South AfricaWilling to work from 4AM-12noon SAST or equivalent to 12PM-8PM Sydney timeWork from HomeTen days Paid Personal leaves (Vacation leaves, etc)Paid Public HolidaysCareer Development and Training ProgramsService recognition awardsGet together drinks / food socialOur Commitment To You
