Junior Finance Manager

A Junior Financial Manager is needed.

An exciting opportunity exists for a Financial Manager to oversee the full finance function across a diverse group of companies. This role offers the chance to work closely with senior leadership while driving compliance reporting accuracy and effective financial management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to‑day operations of the finance department and manage financial resources effectively
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and manage external audits
• Prepare accurate balance sheet reconciliations including bank debtors creditors and inter‑company accounts
• Implement and maintain finance policies procedures and systems across the group
• Produce monthly management accounts financial reports and annual financial statements
• Support the budgeting process and prepare detailed cash flow forecasts
• Analyze financial performance against budgets identify variances and recommend corrective actions
• Assist with provisional and year‑end tax calculations
