Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Support sustainability initiatives and energy efficiency programs.
- Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of all facilities activities.
- Manage emergency response procedures and ensure readiness.
- Coordinate and oversee building maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure service quality and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage and monitor the performance of service providers and contractors.
- Ensure that all services are delivered in line with the SLA and contractual requirements.
- Lead and manage site operations to meet contractual and service level requirements.
- Ensure compliance with PPP Agreement output specifications and ISO standards.
- Oversee staff structures, training, and succession planning in line with BEE and HR policies.
- Build strong client relationships and ensure proactive communication.
- Manage health & safety, risk, and emergency readiness across the site.
- Monitor financial performance and ensure budget adherence (OPEX & CAPEX).
- Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and operational efficiency.

Skills & Knowledge :Understanding of PPP models and agreements
