Job descriptionAcquire new clients through networking, referrals, and relationship-building. Strengthen client relationships through exceptional service and a deep understanding of their financial needs. Drive vertical sales and maximise value through holistic solutions. Partner with specialists across investments, lending, fiduciary, and insurance to deliver comprehensive solutions. Stay informed about regulatory changes, market movements, and wealth management trends to ensure clients stay ahead. Adhere to FAIS and all regulatory requirements. Ensure all client interactions and solutions comply with governance and risk frameworks. Degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting. Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation. 57 years in Banking, Wealth Management, or Financial Planning. Proven experience managing high-net-worth client portfolios. Strong understanding of money management principles, investments, and fiduciary planning. Ability to interpret complex financial statements. Excellent relationship management and communication skills. Strategic Thinking & Commercial Acumen. Customer Service Orientation. Persuasiveness & Influencing Skills. Problem-Solving & Decision-Making. Building Strong Relationships. Resilience & Results Orientation.
