Sales Strategy and Planning
Formulate and implement sales strategies for enterprise and SMME marketsEstablish clear sales targets and goalsConduct regular market research and analysisSales
Identify and secure new business opportunitiesDevelop and implement strategies to attract and expand the customer baseExecute lead generation strategies to build a strong pipelineTeam Leadership and Development
Manage and mentor the sales teamImplement training programsMonitor and evaluate team performance, provide feedback and coachingWork with HR to ensure KPI achievementRecruit and develop new talentIdentify and reward star performersReduce key-man dependency through succession planningManage team dynamics and resolve conflictsCustomer Relationship Management
Develop strategies to attract and retain clientsMaintain strong relationships with key clientsGather and analyse client feedback for improvementRevenue and Profitability (Budget) Management

Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field5–7 years of sales experience (3+ years in management, ideally tech industry)Proven record of meeting / exceeding sales targets and revenue growthWillingness to travel for clients, events, and sales activitiesATTRIBUTES :
