Our client - a leader in cutting-edge Network Solutions - is on the hunt for a Tech-Savvy Account Manager to join their dynamic team! Managing and growing a portfolio of existing clients across KZN Acting as the go-to tech advisor - discussing and recommending the best solutions to suit each customer's unique needs Upselling and consulting on technical products and services, backed by your hands-on knowledge Bridging the gap between technical implementation and client relationship management A solid background in Network Engineering or Field Support - you can "talk tech" confidently A natural talent for building trust and delivering solutions Microsoft 365, Azure, IT Security, LAN / Wireless Networks, Servers, or Endpoint Devices Sales-focused certifications like MS-900, SC-900, or AZ-900 Implementation or vendor certifications (bonus points!)
