Responsibilities

• Manage and scale $1M+ of weekly email traffic via Klaviyo automations and campaigns, driving revenue for a fast‑moving eCommerce business.
• Use LLMs like ChatGPT, Claude, Klaviyo AI, and Shopify’s native tools to build, test, and QA emails and flows at speed.
• Spot and squash costly mistakes (broken links, merge‑tag fails, off‑brand copy) before they ship.
• Build and optimize multi‑step flows, run A / B tests on campaigns over 50k sends, and report on performance clearly.
• Collaborate with a high‑performance founder on strategy, while taking full ownership over execution.
• Stay proactive with segmentation, timing, and deliverability improvements—and bring fresh, creative ideas to keep iterating.
