About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with clients, brokers, and partners to drive sales of our BM Services and ensure consistent follow-up with leads. You will play a key role in building strong relationships, closing deals, and contributing to the overall growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Promote and sell BM Services to prospective clients and partners.
- Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and meetings to ensure timely conversions.
- Communicate with brokers and agents to strengthen partnerships and generate new opportunities.
- Take on additional responsibilities as the role evolves and the business grows.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, leads, and sales activities.
- Provide feedback and insights from clients to help refine sales strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (preferred).Proven 3-5 years of experience in sales, client management, or business development.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to build rapport quickly with clients and brokers.Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking is an advantage.Organized, proactive, and target-driven.Benefits
