Overview

Redherd is recruiting freelance penetration testers based in South Africa to join an ad-hoc talent pool supporting a well-established security consultancy. These are hourly-based contract opportunities suited to experienced consultants who want flexible on-demand engagements.

You ll work across a wide variety of security testing projects for local and international clients delivering high-quality offensive security work as needed.

Areas of Focus

We are particularly looking for consultants with demonstrable experience in one or more of the following :

• Web Application Penetration Testing
• API Security Testing
• Mobile Application Security (Android and / or iOS)
• Network and Infrastructure Penetration Testing
• Red or Purple Team experience (advantageous but not essential)
• Familiarity with core testing tools such as Burp Suite Nmap Metasploit Nessus etc.
