Reference : SJConsultant : Sone JohnsonJob Description : Daily support to regional managers and stock controllers, assisting with administrative tasks and coordination.Fleet controller : maintain vehicles and trailer asset registers, database and fleet management, analysis of tracker data.Asset controller : maintaining fixed asset registers, allocation of assets to specific regions, reporting on profitability of assets and operations efficiency.Capex adherence in accordance with company guidelines and maintenance of trackers.Check and reconcile living out allowances and ensure accuracy thereof.Check and verify overtime hours submitted against erected boxes.Maintain and reconcile Capital WIP account and revamp cost.Qualifications : Matric / grade 12 essential.BComm degree in finance or related field.Exposure in a finance department would be advantageous.Pastel Evolution experience would be advantageous.Attention to detail.Pro-active and self-managingputer literate particularly using Microsoft Excel.Strong leadership abilities.How to Apply : Email your comprehensive CV to
