Overview
This newly created position will be responsible for supporting existing crushing customers and applications, and enhancing business development activities with strong applications, design and optimization knowledge. Target applications focus mainly on hard rock mining.
This position will report to the Global Sales Director. The company operates under a total marketing concept, which requires this position to have sufficient knowledge in both design and application to act as a “consultant” to the customer’s questions and concerns. Our client is a customer and market driven company that determines customer needs, identifies customer problems, and translates these into solutions and products.
This position requires a thorough understanding of the marketplace, all major types of crushing equipment used in the target industries, and at the same time an appreciation of the capabilities and capacity of the company’s production facilities. The ability to optimize the performance of a crusher based on customer needs is critical. The ability to work with others at all levels within the organization through well-developed interpersonal communication skills is a must.
