Job Description

• Manage the design, installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in various settings, ensuring compliance with design specifications and building codes.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Supervise project teams, including technicians and subcontractors, to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
• Prepare project estimates, budgets, and schedules, monitoring adherence to financial constraints and timelines.
• Ensure that all work meets quality standards and safety regulations, conducting regular site inspections and progress evaluations.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports, ensuring all stakeholders are informed
