Project plans delivered successfully and within budget. Operate within established controls and procedures to maintain operational integrity. Identify and monitor risks within the department. Assist in maintaining a risk register and report areas of concern to management. Ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulatory frameworks, preventing wasteful or irregular expenditure. Full compliance with required controls and procedures. Risks identified, monitored, and reported. Documentation and records available and properly maintained. Costs controlled and waste minimized. Contribute to annual budget preparation. Promote efficient and transparent use of financial and other resources. Monitor expenditure to ensure alignment with budget guidelines, reporting deviations where necessary. Identify opportunities for cost reduction. Effective budget input and implementation. Successful cost-saving initiatives. Waste reduction and controlled expenditure. Maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external customers. Represent the company in meetings with key stakeholders. Demonstrate strong integrity while identifying and resolving problems creatively. Provide management with feedback on internal stakeholder matters. Maintain relationships in alignment with policies, legal requirements, and stakeholder management protocols. High customer and stakeholder satisfaction. Compliance with relevant legislation and regulations. Timely resolution of issues. Service-level agreements upheld. Minimum : ND in Electrical Engineering Minimum : Up to 3 years of experience in electrical drawings / design within a manufacturing environment Advantageous : (None specified) Proficiency in MS Office and relevant discipline-specific software. Knowledge of production processes. Ability to understand and interpret electrical drawings and installations. Proactive and action-oriented. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Flexible and adaptable. Effective planning and organisational abilities. Relationship-building and supervisory skills. Customer-focused and resilient. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
