This position reports to the Senior Manager of Future Toyota Systems and focuses on the administration and management of a team responsible for developing and overseeing Fleet and Hino systems. The role involves active collaboration with teams focused on Sales, Aftersales, Technical, Customer Service, and Connected Systems. The candidate will also work closely with cross‑functional teams across TSAM and the dealer network. Therefore, strong networking and relationship‑building skills are essential for this role.
Key Performance Areas
- Oversee and guide a team of business technology professionals, monitoring their work, and ensuring clear priorities and goals for the team.
- Lead the delivery of technology and digitalisation initiatives for the various departments and the dealer network.
- Manage system integration.
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring adequate resource allocation and on‑time delivery in line with the business specification.
- Create and maintain an environment that encourages collaboration and alignment between various divisions in the Sales & Marketing Group.
- Engage with dealers and manage dealer‑related activities for Fleet and Hino systems.
- Understand systems development and maintenance.
- Coordinate the process of finding resolutions to live system issues.
