- Kiosks : 04h00 21h00
Days : 7 days per week (rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays included)
Job Purpose :
To provide excellent customer service and ensure efficient day-to-day operations within the retail shop / kiosk. The Shop Assistant will assist customers, maintain store displays, manage stock, and support smooth retail operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide friendly, professional service to all customers.Assist with sales transactions, cash handling, and card payments.Ensure merchandise is neatly displayed and shelves are well stocked.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store / kiosk at all times.Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the supervisor or manager.Assist with receiving and unpacking deliveries.Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.Work as part of a team to meet sales and service goals.Requirements :
Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent.Minimum 23 years of retail experience (airport retail experience will be a strong advantage).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shift hours , including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.Presentable and professional appearance.Own reliable transport would be an advantage (due to shift times).Attributes :
