Your North Star : As our Content Manager, you’ll own the full content lifecycle strategy, creation, distribution, and performance. Your mission is to craft content that strengthens our brand, engages our audience, and drives measurable growth.
From blog articles and case studies to social media campaigns and video content, you’ll ensure every piece reflects our brand voice, supports SEO, and aligns with our marketing goals. You’ll also lead our social media presence, building communities, creating conversations, and shaping our thought leadership in the SaaS space.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a results-driven content strategy aligned with brand and business objectives.
- Produce high-quality, multi-format content : blogs, website copy, emails, social media posts, infographics, reports, and guides.
- Manage translation workflows with approvers, ensuring SOP compliance.
- Publish and optimise all web content for accuracy, consistency, and SEO.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, demand generation, and design teams.
- Analyse, and report on content’s impact on metrics.
Social Media & Community
Own and manage a structured content calendar to ensure timely delivery and alignment with campaigns.Create engaging posts, UGC-style videos, and multimedia content that resonate with target audiences.Develop and manage a comprehensive social media strategy to drive brand awareness and lead generation.Monitor trends, audience behaviours, and emerging platforms to keep us ahead of the curve.Define KPIs, track performance, and refine strategies based on insights.Foster brand love and community growth through active engagement and conversation.Key Skills
5+ years in content and social media management, ideally in B2B SaaS or hospitality.Proven success in developing and scaling content and social media campaigns.Excellent project management and organisational skills — you thrive on creating & maintaining structure, process, and delivering to deadlines.Proficiency with tools such as WordPress (WPML bonus), Canva, and analytics platforms.Proficient in using AIBeneficial Skills
Strong grasp of SEO and global content distribution, across different languagesDeep understanding of SaaS audience needs and best practices.Storytelling and content creation skills, and a design eye.How to be successful as a Content Manager
