• Provide technical support to the manufacturing facility
• Develop and manage product formulations
• Specify and assist with procurement of raw materials
• Monitor and implement quality control procedures
• Contribute to product development initiatives
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements
• Support the marketing team nationally with technical input
• Address and resolve customer queries
• Provide nutritional support to agents in Mpumalanga and KZN
