Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive occupational health services to employees, including medical surveillance, risk-based health assessments, and emergency care.
• Conduct workplace health risk assessments and support compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) requirements.
• Promote employee wellness through health education, counselling, and preventative care initiatives.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure strict confidentiality.
• Liaise with management, safety officers, and external stakeholders regarding occupational health programs and compliance.
• Participate in health campaigns, injury-on-duty case management, and return-to-work programs.
