The Role : Junior Technical Consultant
As a Junior Technical Consultant, you will support the deployment and adoption of advanced technical solutions by assisting with professional services delivery, customer support, and product training. This is a hands-on role that offers the opportunity to build deep product knowledge while working directly with global clients and internal teams. Youll be part of a collaborative environment that encourages continuous learning and development across a broad portfolio of modern technologies.
Key Responsibilities
1+ years of experience in a technical support, IT services, or implementation environment
Assist in configuring and deploying software and hardware solutions across client environments
Provide responsive technical support and troubleshooting to resolve client issues
Deliver end-user and partner training on product functionality and best practices
Collaborate with sales, development, and support teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
Help document technical processes, feedback, and improvement opportunities
Stay updated on new product features and industry developments
Support internal product testing and demonstration environments
About You
Minimum 1 year of relevant technical experience (e.g., IT support, consulting, helpdesk)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work with customers and teams alike
Fast learner with a genuine interest in new technologies and systems
Detail-oriented, resourceful, and proactive in problem-solving
Service-oriented mindset with a professional approach to client communication
Ability to work effectively within a hybrid team environment
Second language such as German, Dutch, French, or Spanish is highly advantageous
Familiarity or interest in areas like speech recognition, workflow automation, or telephony is a plus
