Job descriptionManage the end-to-end Capex and Opex project related budgets Manage and lead a team of Senior Product Owners Lead the Product Owner team to translate business requirements into functional specifications Manage and lead the relationship with the Global Technology teams Ability to navigate multiple stakeholder needs and dynamics Big picture thinking required – long term strategy into executional plan Develop and implement the long-term technology strategy (People, Technology, and Process) Setup and manage the future AMS model Technology related B Degree, Diploma or business-related qualification MBA would be advantageous Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role with industry expertise in Consumer Goods (preferably Beverages or Alco-beverages) Python, SQL, ABAP knowledge is a must Deep understanding of Agile, DevOps, and lean process tools and techniques (certified scrum master and / or product owner preferred) Knowledge of MICS / SOX would be advantageous Strong SAP functional experience. SAP certifications will be an advantage Excellent communication and people skills across all levels of the business Experience with Agile, Hybrid and DevOps delivery methods Previous experience leading a large scale SAP technology project is a must. Effective communication techniques - including verbal, written, and interpersonal skills Leadership, influencing, and team building skills Continuous Improvement and Problem-solving skills Skills in analyzing complex issues to determine root causes and to find innovative solutions Demonstration of characteristics such as creativity and motivation Ability to engage with and influence senior leaders and stakeholders Business oriented mind-set with the ability to set and maintain a departmental budget Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels of an organization focused on value creation, impediment & waste removal, and overall velocity increase Strategic, execution and innovative thinking - demonstrated success delivering complex projects quickly using agile mindset Experienced in agile project, program, and portfolio management and execution Demonstrated ability to effectively coach teams and lead peers Balanced blend of business and functional experience (process, solution and master data) Ability to articulate and clearly communicate complex problems and solutions in a simple and logical manner Critical thinker coupled with the ability to solve complex problems ICT jobs
