About The Role

We are seeking a skilled Grant Writer to secure funding for the company’s nonprofit and community-driven housing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of writing successful grant proposals to U.S. funding bodies, including foundations, government agencies, and corporate partners. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented writer who can craft compelling narratives, manage multiple applications, and align proposals with the company’s mission and goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Grant Research & Strategy : Identify and evaluate grant opportunities that align with the organization’s mission, housing programs, and community initiatives.
• Proposal Development : Write, edit, and submit high-quality grant proposals, letters of inquiry, and supporting documents tailored to U.S.-based funders.
• Collaboration : Work with internal teams to gather data, impact metrics, and program details required for strong proposals.
• Grant Management : Maintain an organized grant calendar to track deadlines, reporting requirements, and follow-up communications.
• Proposal Improvement : Revise and enhance existing grant application templates and strategies to increase funding success rates.
• Reporting : Prepare progress reports and updates for grantors, ensuring timely submission of all required documentation.
