The Role : IT Support and Security Engineer L3

This role is focused on delivering advanced IT support and cybersecurity solutions as part of a collaborative MSP team. You'll handle L3 technical escalations, manage client systems, implement solutions, and lead small to medium-sized IT projects. Ideal for a technically skilled, customer-oriented professional seeking a remote opportunity with future international potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 support for desktop, server, and network environments
• Handle escalation tickets from the service desk and mentor junior technicians
• Lead customer onboarding / offboarding and manage multiple IT projects
• Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Windows Server, Active Directory, SQL Server, and DNS / DHCP setups
• Implement cybersecurity assessments and best practices
• Manage cloud-based infrastructure, including Microsoft Azure, M365, and Intune
• Utilize RMM tools to proactively monitor and resolve issues
• Ensure precise time tracking, documentation, and knowledge sharing
• Participate in the on-call rotation for emergency support and maintenance
