The Role: Payroll Administrator
This role is responsible for end-to-end payroll processing to ensure employees are paid correctly and on time. You will manage salaries, wages, deductions, and reporting while addressing payroll-related queries and ensuring compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Process salaries and wages accurately and on schedule
Prepare and submit statutory reports (UIF, PAYE, etc.)
Maintain payroll records and employee data
Handle and resolve payroll queries efficiently
Assist with payroll audits and compliance checks
About You
34 years of payroll experience in a similar environment
Experience with payroll systems and statutory reporting
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong numerical and administrative skills
Payroll qualification advantageous
