About The Role
We are seeking a Portfolio Executive to plan, direct, coordinate and budget, either personally or through subordinate personnel, all activities concerned with the Property Management process in order to optimise the Company’s profit, including the establishment and development of new markets to add value to the portfolio and / or the Company and improve the long term profitability of properties / shopping centres under management through revamps and / or expansions. To improve the well‑being of the property industry by involvement in local and national committees and forums. To fulfil the Company’s obligation towards social responsibility by being involved in the local community’s activities and public relations in general.
What You Will Bring
Inherent requirements for the position (non‑negotiable)
- Minimum Grade 12 qualification
- Business Degree
- EAAB Fidelity Fund Certificate (NQF5 qualification)
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in the Property industry, especially Property management and development
- Experience in managing people
- Drivers license

Monitor Company expenses on an ongoing basisInvestigate and implement measures to reduce costsActively participate in the budgeting process to ensure that the Company budget is correctActively manage and monitor actual profit against the budgetStrategic positioning of the company as property experts and growing the company in the area of managing buildings
Facilitate and monitor the implementation of space marketing initiativesInvestigate and implement new initiatives to reduce the vacant space in client portfoliosLiaison with major clients and prospective clients at senior level to determine their needs and preferencesForward possible leads for property related services to prospective clients to the Business Development divisionActively participate in the composition of proposals to prospective new clients and assist marketing team in concluding the dealFacilitate and monitor changes in our service delivery to accommodate specific client needsPublic Relations And Community Involvement
