Superside is looking for a Lead Creative (Motion Design) to push the boundaries of what’s possible in motion and animation.

In this role, you’ll lead a global team of top‑tier creatives, delivering world‑class motion graphics, digital ads, explainer videos, promos, animated presentations, and more. You’ll shape creative strategy, inspire your team, and partner with leading global brands to deliver impactful work that blends craft, innovation, and cutting‑edge technology.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and inspire a team of motion designers, driving creative excellence and innovation across projects.
• Own the creative strategy, workflow, and delivery of multiple projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget alignment.
• Collaborate with your dedicated account teams to successfully grow and develop our customers.
• Partner directly with global brands, presenting work and building trust through outstanding creative direction.
• Mentor and develop your team, fostering growth, skill development, and collaboration.
• Champion the adoption of new tools and technologies, including AI, to elevate motion design processes and outputs.
