Our client, a respected legal services organization in the US, is seeking a qualified Attorney to join their team through our agency. This is a unique opportunity for a legally trained professional to leverage their expertise while performing high‑level paralegal functions. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, efficient, and comfortable working in a collaborative legal environment with clear direction and established procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and edit legal documents including pleadings, discovery responses, contracts, and correspondence.
• Conduct legal research and provide case summaries or memoranda.
• Assist with document production and management in preparation for litigation or transactions.
• Manage case files and deadlines, and support attorneys with case organization.
• Liaise with courts, opposing counsel, and clients as needed under supervision.
• Support due diligence, regulatory filings, and compliance‑related tasks.
