Essential Skills & Experience :

SAP SD Certification & solid hands-on experience

Strong operations background (ticket handling incident & problem management)

Relevant IT / Business Degree or Certifications

Minimum 3 years professional experience

Advantageous Skills :

SAP FI exposure

ABAP debugging knowledge

IDocs & AIF experience

Familiarity with SAP S / 4 HANA

Jira & Confluence proficiency

Strong interpersonal & communication skills

Key Responsibilities :

Monitor and manage interfaces (IDOC & RFC processing)

Troubleshoot resolve and close support tickets within SLA

Configure and implement system changes as required

Document processes and maintain solution guides

Collaborate with local & international teams

Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups sprint planning reviews retrospectives)

Share knowledge within the team and ensure smooth client interactions
