Qualifications / Experience

• Bachelors degree in IT or Accounting (Required)
• SAP Certification (Required)
• 6 years experience in SAP SD (Required)
• South African citizens / residents preferred; valid work permit holders considered
• Willing and able to travel internationally

Role Requirements

System Analysis : Analyse and solve SAP Module issues with analytical and problem-solving skills

Documentation : Development documentation and maintain all SAP Module functional documentation

Testing : Preparation of test cases user manuals and conduct Unit tests Integration tests and System Integration security tests

User Management : Analyse and scope End-user authorisation roles

Process Improvement : Proactively propose solutions to improve support of (new) business processes

Team Support : Support the functional team with issues and provide a solutions-based approach

Communication : Strong communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement

Support Services : Provide ongoing support experience and maintenance
