My client is looking for a motivated, well-organized Sales & Operations professional with strong retail and customer service experienceideally in luxury décor or the building industry .

Responsibilities :

Drive sales and exceed targets
Manage stock and merchandising
Build client relationships and handle financial transactions
Lead a small team and improve workflows
Work with Pastel, Excel, Word, and Google Workspace

Requirements :

Proven retail sales experience (with references)

Strong admin and multitasking skills

Confident with numbers and customer service

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
