Essential Criteria : Speak read and write Italian (C1 level) together with English Duties include, but not limited to : Responding to customer queries by telephone, email and online chats in Italian Language Handling and taking full responsibility for customer related queries Benefits : Health insurance benefit (Paid for by the Company) Working hours : Monday Friday between 9am 7pm (Shifts 8.5hours per day) Location : Home based / Remote Please note : This role is exclusively Work from home, reliable internet a access is required (FIBRE line).
